What can I expect during the free consultation?
You’ll sit down with our expert team to discuss your partner’s style, your budget, diamond options, and design preferences. We’ll guide you through the process step-by-step, with no pressure to purchase. If you have design ideas or inspiration photos, feel free to bring them along.
Do I need to know anything about diamonds or rings before coming?
Not at all. Many of our clients come in with no prior knowledge. We’re here to simplify everything — from understanding the 4Cs to explaining the difference between lab-grown and natural diamonds.
What if I don’t know my partner’s ring size?
That’s completely normal. We’ll guide you on how to estimate the size, and if needed, we can resize the ring later at no additional cost.
How much should I budget for an engagement ring?
We work with a wide range of budgets and will be upfront and transparent about your options. Whether you’re after something simple or luxurious, we’ll tailor your ring to suit your price range without compromising on quality.
How long does it take to make a custom ring?
Typically, our custom-made engagement rings take around 4 to 5 weeks from design approval to completion. If you have a tighter timeframe, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. All our natural diamonds are GIA certified, and our lab-grown diamonds also come with international certification. We’re transparent about quality, clarity, and origin.
Is there really no obligation to buy?
That’s correct. The consultation is completely obligation-free. Our goal is to educate you, show you what’s possible, and help you feel confident in your engagement ring journey — whether you choose to move forward with us or not.
