This doesn’t only guarantee the quality but also the authenticity of the sourced stones. For proof of purchase, our engagement rings come with the relevant certificates.

All purchases come with complimentary free shipping on orders Australia-wide. Our shipping is secure and insured. We ship items within 2-4 business days depending on stock availability.

All Made-to-Order products will be shipped anywhere from 14-25 days from your order being placed.

We will exchange or give your money back with our free 30-day exchange*. We also offer free resizing if required, however, the responsibility of postage associated with resizing lies with the customer.

All items listed on our website are available in standard sizes and diamond specifications. However, should you require a particular size, metal or diamond specification not available, we offer the option to customise and create the item to your requirements.

*In instances where the item specified is unavailable and customisation is required, kindly note that crafting these items to order requires additional time. It’s important to also note that all custom orders are non-refundable due to their personalised nature. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom-made-to-order items.
