  • COVID-19 update

A message to our cherished customers.

We want to inform you that with the current COVID-19 situation, we are doing everything we can to continue delivering the highest level of customer service during these unprecedented times.

At Ernest Buono Jewellery, the health and safety of both our customers and staff is our first priority. In saying this, we want to emphasise all three of our locations are following the advice and guidelines from the Australian Government Department of Health and are keeping frequently updated.

    Yes, we are still open.

In response to COVID-19, we are still open, although by appointment only and following the advice from the Australian Government. You can schedule an appointment at any of our three boutique stores from our website (or at the bottom of this blog article).

As an alternative to in-store appointments, we are offering virtual consultations. Taking place online, we will conduct a personal meeting via a video conference call. We will walk you through our bespoke design process, just like we would in person, but instead, from the convenience and safety of your own home. No special equipment is required.

Furthermore, if you would like to proceed with your appointment in person, we can still offer private consultations in-store. With strict precautions being maintained, we have made this option still possible.

    Our strict precautions

For the safety and health of all who walk in our stores, we are maintaining strict cleaning and social distancing procedures. These are essential in maintaining a sanitised environment, especially during the current situation. These measures include:

    • Maintaining a 1.5-metre distance between all in store.
    • Disinfecting all surfaces before and after your appointment (including the table, seats, glass cabinets and door handles).
    • Putting aside any engagement rings and products touched so they can be disinfected before being stored again.
    • Our team members are wearing gloves as a precaution for when they have to touch products and surfaces.
    • We are only taking appointments, meaning no walk-ins, allowing us to have a schedule with ample cleaning time in between.

Because of these precautions, we are fortunate enough to still be able to operate during the current situation safely. We want to assure you we will continue to deliver the high standards you have come to expect from Ernesto Buono. While your safety is paramount, love will always persist – and this is why we continue to be here for you.

Do you have an enquiry about our designer jewellery or bespoke services? Get in contact with us today! Or if you’d prefer to talk to us directly, feel free to call us or make an appointment for an in-person or online meeting.

We wish that you and your families remain healthy during these hard times. And please remember to stay safe.

All of our love, Ernesto Buono Jewellery.
